The R’Era ‘d Minot farm has been a family business for several generations in Monteu Roero. They grow different types of fruit, including the Madernassa pear, a variety of pear typical of Roero and produce jams and cugnà using the fruit from their fields.
Cugnà of grape must: jam based on grape must, apples, pears, walnuts and hazelnuts typical of the Langhe. Ideal to accompany cheeses, polenta, boiled meats or to spread on bread.
Ingredients: grape must 50%, fruit 50%: apples, Madernassa pears from Guarene and Roero, renette apples, quinces, walnuts, hazelnuts.
