The taste of the Upper Langhe at home

All our products are exclusively gluten and dairy-free, in our laboratory so there is no mixing or risk of cross-contamination. We are very careful in our selection of raw materials and ensure that they do not contain any traces of gluten or dairy products in turn; our products can therefore be enjoyed by coeliacs or people with wheat or dairy intolerances.

The packaging that we use for deliveries are mostly recycled. Instead of throwing away the cartons that the raw materials are sent in, the material the trays are wrapped in or the paper acting as support for the labels, we reuse them. Everything deserves a second life!
